Cookie is a character that is depicted as a cookie that always tells jokes (sometimes lies) and is a main character appearing in every episode of season 4. He is rather annoying, telling jokes most of the time he is being played, but sometimes he'll say, "Just kidding NOT! wich mean not kidding but his way of saying it.

- Cookie was the first Annoying Orange Character to be thrown in the Garbage Can.
- His teeth are very white despite in at least all but 5 episodes he brushes his teeth (he has the cleanest teeth except Marshmallow who has the same).
